NON-REGULATED LANGUAGE TEACHING CONTRACT
RECITALS
- The SELLER is engaged in private teaching at its centre at calle Benito Pérez Galdós 84, BE, 11003 Cádiz, Andalucía, España;
- The BUYER wishes to receive said teaching services for themselves or for their son/daughter, under the following conditions:
CONDITIONS
- The SELLER will provide the student with its teaching services and classes during the timetable established by the SELLER.
- The total price of such teaching services, including any applicable taxes, corresponds to the products purchased on the website https://academialinguafranca.com
- Payment policies and method
- 3.1.The BUYER is required to pay the full course fee, in accordance with the prices indicated in point 2.
- In the event of a refusal to meet the payment obligation, the SELLER reserves the right to claim the outstanding amount by taking the appropriate legal action.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Right of withdrawal
- 6.1.The BUYER may request cancellation of the Service within a period of 05 days from the date of acceptance of these contractual conditions, by simply notifying us in writing via email at info@academialinguafranca.com
- 6.2.After this period has elapsed, the BUYER must request early termination by following the steps detailed in point 7.
- Early termination or course cancellation
- 7.1.Early termination request: should the BUYER wish to cancel the contracted services, they must submit a formal request to the academy’s administration via email at info@academialinguafranca.com stating the reasons for the request and settle any outstanding instalments or amounts in full.
- 7.2.The BUYER will be exempt from the payment obligation in situations supported by any of the following reasons:
- 7.2.1.Force majeure: Should the student experience a serious illness or accident that prevents their participation, they must provide a recent medical certificate to support their situation.
- 7.2.2.Death of a first- or second-degree family member.
- 7.3.Timely notification and submission of supporting documents are essential requirements for processing any payment exemption.
- The SELLER may prevent a previously enrolled student from participating in a course if their repeated misconduct is deemed likely to disrupt the normal running of the group.
- The SELLER reserves the right to make changes to the content, scheduling, and other aspects of the Service. The BUYER will be notified of such changes by email.
- Privacy and Data Protection Information
- 10.1.The SELLER is committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of our students’ personal information. By using our services, the BUYER confirms their acceptance of the data collection and use practices implemented by the SELLER.
- 10.2.Data will be used to manage the BUYER’s account, communications, sending information on academic performance monitoring, invoicing and payment tracking, exam processing, and certificate management.
- 10.3.Legal basis for processing: performance of a contract and consent of the data subject.
- 10.4.Personal data will not be shared unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
- This contract is governed by the laws of Spain and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cádiz, España.
- By accepting these conditions, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and agree to comply with all the contractual provisions set out herein.
